The staff at St. Mary's uses CPOMS, an electronic reporting system, to alert the Designated Safeguard Lead of any safeguarding concerns, from low-level incidents to student disclosures. Should the CPOMS system have any issues, the staff is able to use paper forms (located within each classroom) as a contingency plan.
